A quick afternoon meet up with Veronika. We had just missed the last round of pastries but the coffee and lighting was fantastic. Talks of not sleeping well, especially since the dream was full of sharks.

Diners and Drives

7:39pm on a Wednesday, the gang finds themselves en route for diner burgers after a unanimous vote in our group chat. Fun fact, this is the diner in Goodfellas where they find out about Tommy being “made”.

Can you really say that had the proper New England experience unless you drove in your quirky Scandinavian sedan to a diner on a dreary wet morning...

Onion Volcano remains a crowd pleaser ! In a group chat we discovered that not one us has been to a Benihana’s in over a decade. 7 hours later, we found ourselves in a Manhattan location hyping up our hibachi chef as he displayed his culinary bushido on the grill.

I truly appreciate my friends because they tolerate my creative antics. Foggy night in NYC followed by late evening rain showers. Ending the outing with a nightcap from one of the local dim sum spots.

Manhattan will bless photographers with magnificent lighting at various times and locations throughout the day. This was one of those moments which resulted in causing us to meet our friend Dewey much later than expected. With my Fuji X100T on hand and typing down time/location in Apple Notes, a quick test session began with my friend Joshua.

A taco truck became the center of the automotive universe for a few hours. Probably one of the best gig’s here in Brooklyn. Rosa recommends the brisket taco.

Another adventure with Brooklyn’s favorite Aussie. What started out as a meet up for pizza, the day turned into me witnessing Rob getting fitted for maybe a daredevil performance or Sunday night variety show.
